When triaging bugs found during functional tests (Either legit bugs with
Neutron, or issues related to the testing infrastructure), it is useful
to view the Oslo rootwrap daemon logs. It has an option to log to
syslog, but it is turned off by default. It should be turned on during
functional tests to provide additional useful information.
