+1 Richard. Marking as opinion now rather than just invalidating it, but
have removed rc1 tag as it doesnt look like there is a definitive plan.

  Opinion

Bug description:
  Right now we have running JShint and JSCS on specific folders in
  static directory. It make sense to generalize this and run it on the
  entire directory.
