[Bug 1494647] Re: attaching a duplicated network to a server succeed，but creating a server with duplicated networks fail
I have verified that kilo code can't create server with duplicated network. But I also verified that this problem is not in L's latest code.
And, this should be a nova constraint, not in neutron. So, I will close this as invalid.
Besides, I am wondering what's the actual usercase that one server will
have 2(or more) nics in one network.
