I assume that this is a thing which needs a blueprint [1] and a spec file [2] to discuss it.
I'll recommend to read [3] if not yet done. To focus here on bugs which are a failures/errors/faults
I close this one as "Invalid". The effort to implement the requested
feature is then driven only by the blueprint (and spec).

  fail to live-migrate a booted from volume vm which have a local disk.

  <Error Message>
  message: "hostA is not on shared storage: Live migration can not be used without shared storage except a booted from volume VM which does not have a local disk."

  make it enable by copying local files (swap, ephemeral disk, config-
  drive) from the source host to the destination host in
  pre_live_migration.
