When creating firewall-policy and passing --name option( which does not exist), following error message is reported
reedip@reedip-VirtualBox:/opt/stack/neutron-fwaas/neutron_fwaas/db/migration/alembic_migrations/versions/liberty/contract$ neutron firewall-policy-create --name a
Invalid input for name. Reason: 'True' is not a valid string.
