  Hyper-V: failed to destroy instance

Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In some cases, Hyper-V fails to destroy instances, returning a 32775
  error code, meaning "Invalid state for this operation". Right before
  this, the instance is reported as successfully being shut off.

  This is a quite serious bug as it can lead to leaked instances.
