  Error message indents are different on login page

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When 
  1) session is expired => user is redirected to login page where
  2) he provides incorrect credentials,
  3) he observes that indents are different for different error messages (see screenshot).
