  allow attaching a volume from the instance view

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  to attach a volume we need to go to the volumes tab and select an
  instance in the edit attachment dialogue.

  it would be nice, if we could associate a volume directly to the
  instance from instances panel.
