  Nova does not support baremetal vnic

Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  In order to support Ironic/Neutron integration, there is a need to
  identify Ironic ports. Presently defined vnic types does not help with
  this. Therefore, a new type is needed.
