   networking-bgpvpn backport branches

Bug description:
  While we are working on a first liberty release, we would like to also
  prepare a Kilo and a Juno backport.

  We initially thought we should do stable/juno and stable/kilo
  branches, but we now understand that (a) having Neutron core devs
  review the changes we will have to do to make this backport work will
  not be very efficient and that (b) this is not meaningful given that,
  although people want these backports to exist, they don't have against
  them the kind of expectations they have against stable/* releases in
  Openstack.

  We have discussed this on IRC [1], and came to the following
  conclusion: we would like to create a backport/juno and a
  backport/kilo branches, on which we will work on these backends
  without requiring the kind of supervision of that stable branch
  maintainer do on stable branches.

  Can you please create a backport/juno branch and a backport/kilo
  branch, both from our current master HEAD ?

  Can you also remove the stable/kilo branch created a few days ago ?
