These external process monitor:
HA router IP
DHCP dnsmasq
keepalived
metadata-proxy


These monitor will get some insufficient  log like:
'default-service'  for router with uuid xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx not found.  The process should not have died

The 'default-service' is insufficient for cloud administartor.
