[Bug 1516791] [NEW] LBaaS v2 doc for show loadbalancer has incorrect status

Public bug reported:

http://developer.openstack.org/api-ref-
networking-v2-ext.html#showLoadBalancerv2 displays the output of a show
loadbalancer call. One of the keys shown is 'status'.

Based on the code (https://github.com/openstack/neutron-
lbaas/blob/master/neutron_lbaas/services/loadbalancer/data_models.py#L499)
I would expect to see 2 statuses here, a provisioning_status and an
operating_status.

This appears to be an error in the docs, since a Loadbalancer object
would contain both of these attributes.
