Title:
  Need a modal dialog for displaying default root password for instance
  in trove, if root_on_create  is set to true.

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  This bug is more of an enhancement needed for Trove UI.

  Feature :

  If "root_on_create" is set to true in Trove.conf, then on launching a
  new database request, the api call to create an instance will return a
  default password for user root. For this use case, before redirecting
  the user to the index page, we need a modal dialog displaying the
  password in masked text to the end user with copy-to-clipboard
  functionality in place, to copy the password.

  If "root_on_create" is set to false in Trove.conf,  the original flow
  of events stay intact (i.e redirect the user to the index page).
