  Can't delete when control Juno and compute icehouse

Bug description:
  When I have Juno control and Icehouse compute and icehouse network
  deleting an instance doesn't work.

  This is due to the Fixed IP object having an embedded version of the
  network object that is too new for Icehouse. This causes and infinite
  loop
