IIRC, this was all cisco specific code so we dont need to worry about
it.

  Launch Instance Port Profile Selection Missing

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  To support the feature parity with the existing launch instance workflow, the new angular workflow needs some additional information from Neutron.
   
  This requires the following API calls:

   -is_port_profiles_supported():
    -port_create
    -port_delete
    -profile_list(request, type_p)
