Bug description:
  Remove the support for python 2.6

  Tasks:

  Remove Gate Job
  Remove Tox.ini cruft
  Remove python 2.6 specific code.
  Remove the trove classifiers.

  This is a tracking bug so that anyone can tag work towards this on to
  a known point for the Mitaka release.
