  ldap backend for roles is not deprecated

Status in OpenStack Identity (keystone):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  With the LDAP backend for assignment and resource being potentially
  removed in Mitaka, we probably don't want the role backend to support
  LDAP either. It currently does and is not marked for deprecation
  either
