In https://github.com/openstack/heat/blob/master/heat/common/urlfetch.py
url resources can not be collected from sources where authentication is
required.

Adding auth=(user,password) to the requests( from http://docs.python-
requests.org/en/latest/user/authentication/) would allow resources to be
collected from secured resources.
