Title:
  Stacks event tab wouldn't display data

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  I deploy new devstack environment and launch new stacks.
  Enter the stack page then go to event tab.
  It will not display event and only show loading, attach file is screen snapshot.
  Console will have one 500 response at following link
