Title:
  Add "Back To Previous Page" link from details pages

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  While looking at the Instance Details (Or any details pages), it would
  be great to have a quick link to get back to the previous page. This
  would give users a quick step back to the full Instances table view
  without having to rely on them using the browser back button. I've
  attached an idea of what this could look like.
