  Remove deprecated nova_* options

Status in neutron:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  nova_admin_* and nova_url options have been deprecated in kilo[1][2].

  Removing these options will simplify neutron code and configuration
  AND remove a warning in unittest[3].
