In instance detail page, we are having action log table.
In that table, we displaying the user_id in user id column.
This is not much useful for the users since the id is not user friendly.
Here we don't have the username handy to display, we need to make a keystone call to get the username.
For non admin user, it is not possible to make a keystone to get the username.
But for the admin users, we can make a keystone call and display the username.
It will be very user friendly. In addition to this we can link the user detail page with the username.
So the user can go to the user detail page and see the infos about the user.
