Bug description:
  1) In line
  https://github.com/openstack/horizon/blob/master/horizon/locale/zh_CN/LC_MESSAGES/django.po#L354,
  we don't leave blank space between Chinese words. Take "您无权访问%s" as
  example, we use "您无权访问该页面" instead of "您无权访问 该页面".

  2) In line
  https://github.com/openstack/horizon/blob/master/horizon/locale/zh_CN/LC_MESSAGES/django.po#L350,
  punctuation symbol ":" in Simplified Chinese should be "："
