I  used liberty version of openstack. when i live-migration a VM with
serial port, found that there will be possible a port conflict occurs.


the error log  as follows:
ERROR nova.virt.libvirt.driver [req-81ca4d1d-6dc0-4816-9aaf-6871f6b22fab 375c7c8fc328428baf390f2746c51aaf 1d238b6eb3ca4f098e63f1e151fe35f4 - - -] [instance: 81de962e-eadf-4d5a-a3c0-14d570b6c0e8] Live Migration failure: internal error: process exited while connecting to monitor: 2015-12-28T05:50:59.860343Z qemu-system-x86_64: -chardev socket,id=charserial0,host=10.43.239.168,port=20001,telnet,server,nowait: Failed to bind socket: Address already in use

operation steps as follows:
1)I enabled the serial port function on every computer. 
2)then I lanuch a VM . so ,  a serial port allocated for the VM. 
3)then I live-migration the VM.

Expected result:
live-migration operation is successful
Actual result:
live-migration operation failed. the cause of error is the same serial port being used on the destination computer.
