Public bug reported:

Modify project quota, set value of instances be unlimited.
Create vm in ng-launchinstance page, it displayed "Total Instances (no quota)",  that make user misunderstood.

IMO,  "Total Instances (No Limit)" is better that is consistent with what displayed in Project/Compute/Overview page.
