Bug description:
  Pagination in tables is broken,

  url is not set up with a full path

  I would expect something like
  http://localhost:8000/project/instances/?marker=aebdfa52-1bce-4729
  -b34e-a19a85530987

  instead of something like ?marker=aebdfa52-1bce-4729-b34e-a19a85530987
  as link.

  The former works as expected, the latter does not.
