  form error background color not showing

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  How to reproduce:

  - Open up the Create Instance model
  - Leave fields blank
  - Click on create user
  - See errors show up

  The error message shows up but the usual red background is gone.
  Possibly caused by the refactoring of CSS.
