    Give material theme modals more room
    
    The modal size is too small for complex modals like the create
    instance wizard. This patch increases the size to the same
    as the default theme.

  Legacy launch instance wizard space issue under material theme

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The legacy launch instance wizard has issues fitting into the material
  theme modal dialog width. The tab headings wrap over to a new line.
  The default modal-dialog width of 600px (for a min 768px screen) is
  just not wide enough. I think it'd be OK to widen it.

  Note that the default theme has the modal dialog width set to 732px
  (how very precise!) I think allowing material to also have that width
  would be OK.
