Title:
  Launch Stack error message: "None"

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Expired

Bug description:
  After I complete "select template" and press 'Next' in the Launch
  Stack modal, I come to the form.  If I have an improper image id and
  press Launch, it gives me: Error: None.

  (The error in the console says: Recoverable error: The image (<blah
  blah>) could not be found.)

  Please see attached image.

  We could check to make sure the image exists, on at least, it should
  say something like "Unable to launch stack" not just "None."
