Title:
  Horizon should display router ip of gateway

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Expired

Bug description:
  If you want to use VPN, you must know what your IP at the router,  but
  horizon can not show any  gateway information, even include Admin
  user.

  I think Horizon need to add a new column in router page table, and
  show what IP  it is.
