  Only MII tokens get properly hashed

Status in OpenStack Identity (keystone):

Bug description:
  There is nothing in the token API that implies tokens must be of the
  forms presented.  For online verification, tokens can be anything,
  provided an appropriate plugin was created for Keystone.  However, the
  current logic explicitly checks for 'MII' and, if that is missing,
  does not attempt to hash the Token.  Thus, other format tokens will
  not be stored in the back end.
