   RFE: Missing parameter --sql_connection for keystone-manage

  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  Command keystone-manage is missing --sql_connection parameter as
  (cinder|glance)-manage has. This is useful when you need to "db_sync",
  but you don't want to modify config file.
