Currently osinfo module emits multiple error messages , when libosinfo
module cannot be loaded:

- Reason: (Cannot load Libosinfo: (No module named
gi.repository.Libosinfo))

Since loading the libosinfo module is optional, It should only report
this info once and not as an error message.
