  Minimum qemu version for discard support is 1.5

Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  While the minimum version of qemu that supports discard on qcow2 is
  1.6, it is incorrect to limit discard support to this version as qemu
  1.5 supports discard for iscsi and rbd and possibly others.  The
  release notes are clear, with qemu 1.5 and better discard support
  depends on the qemu driver used.
