Title:
hz-table-footer - allow user to pass in message string

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Right now, we only use the template hz-table-footer.html which prints
  the message 'Displaying 15 items'

We should allow the user to pass in a string to change the message,
  e.g '32 items'

  Also, add proper documentation examples.
