Public bug reported:

when Creating an image has Image source field which takes both option
simultaneously for image location and image file thus giving error  when
"create image" pressed.

error message being "Can not specify both image and external image
location."

solution: the  option should automatically disable sending image
location if image file is selected or vice versa
