Title:
  Can't open navigation tab in test if it named like left menu item

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Sahara Dashboard has "Clusters" item in left menu and "Clusters" tab.
  They are visible on one page. Navigating with calling
  Navigation::go_to__dataprocessing_clusters_clusterspage doesn't open
  "Cluster" tab
