The healing feature in the current cells (v1) is currently not working.
An instance object is passed from the child cell to the parent cell, at
which point the parent cell inspects the object for "changed fields" in
order to sync its local copy of the instance record.  This will always
report "no changes" since the object was freshly loaded from the
database.
