  swiftclient put_object needs a content_length

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  I was unable to upload a file with the web interface and I realise that
  without a content length web servers or proxy like apache or nginx will return a 411 Length Required error
  even if the headers contrains the  "Transfer-Encoding: chunked" because it's a PUT request.

  I've attached a naive patch of what could solve the problem.
