    Fix legacy drag and drop widgets
    
    The checkbox theming change changed the markup used by the drag and
    drop hackery. This patch adjusts the jquery selectors so that the
    legacy drag and drop widget still works with the new markup.

Title:
  Select Network widget in Legacy LI is empty

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  It is no longer possible to launch an instance using legacy Launch
  Instance wizard - the Select Network widget doesn't have any network
  inside, but these missing networks are still present in Angular Launch
  Instance wizard.

  It's definitely an issue of a legacy LI->Select Network widget.
