Title:
  required icon for forms is not styled correctly

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The required icon shows up correctly in workflows correctly.

  However, it is not showing up properly in forms.  See the Users
  Settings form (attachment below). The asterisk is too big.
