  'lxd' is an unsupported hypervisor type

Bug description:
  I'm trying to boot glance images which have the hypervisor_type
  property set on them to 'lxd' to target specific hypervisors within a
  mixed hypervisor cloud; instance boot fails with:

  "code": 400, "created": "2015-11-16T14:54:26Z"}

  nova does some based filtering of hypervisor types - lxd is not in the
  recognized list.
