[Bug 1557188] [NEW] Bulk deleting instances is very cumbersome

Public bug reported:

When running some tests wound up with 1000 VMs listed in instances all
in the Error state, and wanted to delete them all. However, it's only
possible to delete one page of Vms at a time, and there are about 20 Vms
per page, which would mean that doing this via Horizon would take
upwards of a half hour. Would it be a good idea to include the option to
execute a command on all VMs, or is this the kind of thing that should
just be figured out via command line?

** Affects: horizon
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
