sufficiently changed the landscape to require that a new, more specific
bug, be available to actually get anything done.

  Add more detailed error log for why No valid host was found

Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I tried to use heat template to initiate a few VMs, but failed, error
  log is as below--

  2014-04-03 09:38:17.855 64268 TRACE heat.engine.resource Error:
  Creation of server cSDMstack-fe-0-0-2-skqk5g44somv failed: No valid
  host was found.  (500)

  This is not very efficient to debug for why no valid host was found. I
  tried several times to debug and then found that the resource is not
  enough for initiating this VM, then I adjusted the flavor used by the
  VM, then the heat initiation succeeded.

  Hope the error log specifies more details so that user can debug and
  then fix the issue.
