    Change projects redirects to overview page
    
    I read the code of switch region and modify the code of switch project.
     Now change project will redirect to the original page.

  Change projects redirects to overview page

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When I change projects, my current panel is redirected to the Overview
  panel, forcing me to find the panel I was working on and open it
  again.

  Changing regions does not have this behavior if the region has the
  user's current panel.
