Message #48339
[Bug 1482190] Re: Newly joined project can't be set as Active Project without re-login
This was backported to Liberty and Kilo.
The only missing patch was on the Horizon part:
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/260951/
But as Kilo is security-only, this has to be closed as "resolved" now as
fixes were provided for liberty (mitaka/master are ok)

Title:
Newly joined project can't be set as Active Project without re-login
Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
Fix Released
Bug description:
After adding the current user to member of another project that
already exists from Dashboard > Identity menu > Projects tab, "Set
as Active Project" is not displayed in Actions of this project and it
is not possible to switch to the project until re-login.
1. Log in Dashboard as admin user and go to Identity menu > Projects tab.
2. Create a project.
3. Add the current user (admin) to member of project created in step2 from "Manage Members" in Actions.
4. Confirm that there is no action to switch project in Actions of the project created in step2.
5. Re-login and confirm that "Set as Active Project" exists in the Actions of the project created in step2.
Actual Results:
"Set as Active Project" is not displayed in the Actions list until re-login.
