    "Clear Selection" is unlocalzed
    
    Fix translated text area.
    The text includs "Clear Selection" as well as "span" html tag.
    However, the tag is not correctly converted into pot file
    and not necessary to be translated in practice.

Bug description:
  Project > Object Store > Containers

  "Clear Selection" button label is unlocalized despite it is translated
  in zanata.

  It exists in file openstack_dashboard/locale/djangojs as a string:

  Clear Selection
              <span>{$ oc.numSelected $}</span>
