    Make no response notification(msg) level to INFO
    
    Some API calls just sent but the results were uncertain,
    Horizon should notify the user that your request is
    just accepted, not successfully.
    So this patch change some form message level to INFO,
    and some message expression.

  missing status report on live migration

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When performing a live migration horizon fails to report error if
  migration fails. It seems as though the interface is not waiting for a
  return code from the api, it only reports back that the command was
  sent correctly.

  If something happens (like an error), that is  not returned.
