  vendor-data is not read with the ConfigDrive datasource in 0.7.5.

  Mar 28 14:54:01 hi [CLOUDINIT] stages.py[DEBUG]: no vendordata from
  datasource

  Works properly with NoCloud and OpenStack datasources.
