  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Project -> Access & Security Panel

  The description field is required for creating a new security group
  but it doesn't have a asterisk.

  Try to create a security group with empty description, horizon will show this error: 
  Unable to create security group: Security group description cannot be empty.
